You can find Giloy easily in any store and readymade bottled juices are also available in the market.
  • Indian gooseberry/Amla: popularly known as amla, the Indian gooseberry is a fruit which has numerous benefits. Regular intake of amla leads to glowing healthy skin, good hair, strong immune system. Loaded with vitamin A, C, E, iron, calcium amla has always been a part of our Indian household. Amla can be taken in form of juice, candy, murrabba. It helps in the assimilation of iron, improves the quality of blood and wipes out toxins from the body. Amla also fights heart disease as it nourishes the blood and improves blood circulation.   • Manjistha: Manjistha popularly known as madder or Indian madder is species of coffee family.
