The reasons for weakened immune system are many like stress, lack of sleep, bad eating habits, excessive consumption of alcohol and smoking,no exercise, drugs, excessive prescribed drugs, sedentary lifestyle , deficiency in minerals and vitamins etc. A Diet Deficient in Nutrition is the major cause for suppressed and inefficient Immune System.
