Return Policy

JMD Medico offers you a great shopping experience even when it comes to the provision of product returns or refunds, provided that the product is in new and re-saleable condition. Exchange or replacements are subject to stock availability of the particular product.

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction and bring smile on customer face.

Products will not be eligible for return if the product is damaged/opened, they are returned on basis of disliking the product, wrong product ordered or any other personal problems.

Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, we have full right to refuse the return:-

1 All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, with all accessories.

2 We are not responsible for personal data.

3 We are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage; we are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.

4 In case if you have received a wrong product from our side then please register a complaint within 48 Hrs of delivery to start the refund/replacement of your product.

 Refund Policy

Payments can only be refunded once the product is sent to us and received by JMD Medico. The product should be unused and in good condition, with the original seals, packaging labels, boxes etc.

Once the product is sent back to us, it will be assessed for eligibility of refund. If it does not meet our criteria of product being in original condition, then the product would be shipped back to the customer without a refund.

If you are eligible for a refund and have paid by card, then it can be reversed. If you have paid by cash on delivery option, then we are able to issue a cheque in the registered name of the customer within 5 -7 working days after our Replacement Verification team has certified the refund.
